With 23 years in the automotive industry—14 in management and 5 in income development and training—I specialize in the full sales process and finance operations. I'm a U.S. Army veteran who served as a combat medic during Desert Storm, bringing discipline and dedication to everything I do.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my wife of 21 years, a college professor, and our two kids—a daughter studying law and a son training to be a pilot. I'm also a lifelong car enthusiast, a passion passed down from my father.

Fun fact: I hold a Master’s degree in Music from the San Francisco Conservatory. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and four children, supporting Philadelphia sports teams, writing music, and staying active—often by keeping my car spotless with having kids.
Gary Roche
With 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, I bring a well-rounded and strategic understanding of dealership operations—from service to sales to finance. My approach is rooted in optimizing performance, enhancing the customer experience, and developing teams to reach their full potential. I’m passionate about creating processes that drive results while fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.
Outside of the dealership, I follow motorsports—particularly Formula 1—and enjoy playing golf, camping with my family and dogs, and reflecting on philosophy. I believe that thoughtful, curious leadership is just as important as technical skill in driving long-term success.
